Traditional wireless alarm systems transmit door activity using narrow band signals. This method is unreliable, especially in self-storage's traditional block and/or metal construction.

Narrow band signals have trouble finding their way back to the reciever. PTI's RX900 Wireless Door Alarms reduce the effects of RF interference and failed signals by using advanced 900Mhz Frequency Agile® technology.

Frequency Agile® technology provides long range, high reliability over a much wider frequency band-width. This technology ensures accurate reception of every transmission, thus reducing the need to place repeaters throughout the facility.
