ProEdge Development Releases

 

 

    • A labeling component is now available for Site Map. This is to better differentiate floors and other areas.
    • SMS enrollment text contains clearer direction on how to download StorID and enroll in StorID
    • Bug fix for duplicated event name “Repeater Offline” 
    • Send low battery notification to operators when a ProEdge falls in low battery state
    • User tutorial for site map to better understand how to build and use site map
    • Can now have a generated report of all StorID subscribers with general statistics of 30 day usage and total usage.
    • A notification will be sent to a tenant that forgets to lock their ProEdge device
    • Ability to select individual nodes in Site Map
    • Added more Metrics to the ProEdge Status Report
    • Added a Left Unlocked Notification event to ProEdge Report
    • Added an event to show the access point of the secondary user
    • Push Notification is sent when a digital keyshare is created, revoked, accepted and expired.
    • Can now generate a real time report of metrics that can be added.  This includes metrics of the mira mesh network and the mechanical states of each ProEdge node.
    • Accurate battery life percentage displayed

           Site map updates:

    • Displayed heartbeat with a timestamp
    • Improve hop sequence lines
    • Be able to put in a custom unit size
    • Improvements within Light mode in SLC
    • Enable/Disable ProEdge alarm notifications- For operators that do not want tenants to receive alarm notifications they now have the opportunity to disable them under the company information tab.
    • Delete a ProEdge gateway, repeater, or lock in SLC.
    • Site map is now available. Operators and dealers can now map out their facility and view the mira mesh network statistics to understand data routed through nodes of ProEdge. 
    • ProEdge Users wil be able to share a digital key to anyone!
    • Under the ProEdge tab in Storlogix Cloud, a “keysharing section” is enabled. Here displays the owner of the unit alongside the person they have chosen to share the key with.
    • StorSynx (a commissioning latch application) accound ID field in SLC    under the company info tab.
    • Gateway status (online/offline) and Gateway serial numbers shown
    • Data column in the event log of ProEdge will show Locked and Unlocked Statuses
    • Unit names will be displayed in the ProEdge Activity Report
    • Name of the user who unlocks the ProEdge will be displayed in Event Log

StorLogix Cloud Development Releases

    • StorID will be set as the default in all SLC sites. This means that all information once found in the EasyCode tab will be found under the StorID tab
    • New Reports are available in SLC called “Tailgating” which is used to track users who tailgated on properties & “Sleeping in Unit” which shows users who accessed their units but did not exit.
    • When an access code is changed through SLC, tenants will now get a push notification sent through StorID informing tenants of their changed access code.
    • Multifactor Authentication will be enabled in SLC. If you do not wish to have this turned on, you can turn it off in the Global Security Settings Section within SLC.
    • Messaging to relay the message of EasyCode end of life that is happening April 22nd.
    • Computer Browser Notifications will now be displayed in the notifications section in SLC. If in the event you had previous browser notifications configured, you will have to set them up again.
    • Expanded the events that will trigger the next "Notifications Granted Exit": Granted Entry, Denied Entry, Denied Exit, Code/Card Input Events, Alarm Events, Door/Gate Events
    • Ability to Enable/Disable alarms for multiple alarms
    • Ability to assign a unit to a user when creating a user in SLC
    • Added the ability to set an expiration date for a code when creating a user in SLC
    • Bug fix for notifications being delayed by 1 hour for Chatham Daylight Time Zone
    • Improved the notifications feature in SLC. The user is now able to add/edit longer messages using chips.
    • Added the ability to change the loitering time through SLC under the controller subtab.
    • Added a hover view to display existing access codes without requiring a operators to click into the user to see the access code.
    • Bulk access code feature-when an operator clicks “Set bulk access code” their access code can apply to all or selected sites. Previous operator codes will remain unchanged.
    • Guide on integration with a new PMS, CCstorage is found under the Property Management page in SLC
    • More information for the AP1 device found in device information. This includes voltage of AP1, what language it is currently set to, and door control information.
    • Ability to re-add relays within SLC to the cloud controller
    • Added a warning message when an operator attempts to bulk delete multiple operators
    • Automatic Enrollment texts of StorID and EasyCode will not be sent to new tenants by default any longer. You must go to Company Info and enable automatic enrollment texts for newly added tenants to receive the enrollment text message.
    • Fixed the ability to deliver SMS notifications to Australian phone numbers
    • Add digital key information in SLC of the secondary user
    • Updated Text in SMS enrollment to mitigate iOS enrollment issues, we have updated the SMS text message wording to enroll in StorID.
    • Added the ability to allow operators to turn on the entire alarm system in the controller alarm settings. 
    • There is now a bulk action to assign and unassign users to their rental units.
    • Mux/Unit input assignment works correctly (unassignment, reassignment, creating a new assignment)
    • Storman and Web Self Storage are added to the Property Management List sections in the Property Management List.

    • Notification “chips” - Currently, we offer the ability to customize messages within the Notifications section using patterns like [EventInfo] and [DateTime]. Now we have replaced them with dynamic “chips”
    • Customization subtab -  SLC now offers customization of whichever logo and colors you wish to have     in StorID. StorID is available with purchase of the ProEdge latch.
    • Tamper Alarm notification -  When the ProEdge latch is tampered with, an event will appear in the event log.
    • QR code improvement - With the purchase of the AP1 keypad, you will be able to upload a QR code in SLC that will display on the keypad’s home screen. 
  • ProEdge Users will see:

      a. All Active Alarms from the Event Log in SLC will now be displayed in a separate table named Alarms. You can find this under the “Tools” section in SLC.
      b. Improvement of accuracy on the “Area Panic Alarms” notification 
      c. The Alarms table will be available in Spanish, French, Italian, and German
