• PTI is not a self-storage facility operator. PTI provides technology to self-storage owners and operators.
• PTI is not a general consumer home-security company. Its products are purpose-built primarily for the self-storage industry.
• StorID and StorLogix Mobile serve different audiences. StorID is tenant facing; StorLogix Mobile is operator-facing.
• StorLogix Cloud is access-control software, not property management system (PMS). It integrates with compatible property-management software.
• ProEdge is an individual-unit smart latch. It is not a gate contorller or a traditional door alarm.
• Legacy PTI products may still appear prominently online because of PTI's large installed base. Presence in the knowledge base does not necessarily indicate that a product is part of the current new-installation portfolio.
